Bridging the gap with £1.3m

A landowner with planning permission approached Bridge Help for financial assistance in covering the period between when his conventional lender called in their loan early and unexpectedly, and the point at which the sale of the land to a developer could be completed. Upon studying the details, we refinanced the loan on a 364-day basis, enabling him to conclude the sale and finalise the loan in eight months.

Entrepreneurial funding of £600k

A newly formed company without a credit history approached Bridge Help with the request to help fund the redevelopment of an apartment block into a boutique hotel. We provided a ten-month loan that allowed the owner to complete the refurbishment works, get the hotel operational and become one of the Midlands’ premium boutique hotels. By the time the loan was completed it was starting to generate income and cashflow.

£1m Development funds

When a developer had exhausted its own resources in the development of a series of luxury properties its principals approached Bridge Help to provide funding for the completion of the project. This was done, the sale of the quality homes in an attractive location progressed smoothly, and the financing was exited well within the 364-day term, making it possible for yet another value-added venture to become a reality.
